Paragon Professional
The Paragon Professional is a powerful platform providing PrimeMLS customers the ability to add listings throughout New England and New York, search inventory across the PrimeMLS market area, and so much more!
Set up contacts with the Collaboration Center. Your Buyers will receive auto-emails about new listings, price changes, and more, plus they're provided with a powerful platform where agents and buyers can work together to find the perfect property! Your Sellers benefit from the Collab Center too with statistics on their listing. Additionally, Paragon includes a CMA presentation tool, power search to get results fast, statistical reporting, and more!
Paragon Connect
Included with Paragon is the mobile app, Paragon Connect! Easily check in with contacts who are set up with the Collab Center and track changes that have occurred. Run a search via My Current Location, access your saved searches from Paragon Classic and so many updates on the way. Paragon Connect can even be used on a desktop/laptop device if you prefer the look and feel! And you have access to full listing maintenance - edit any and every field on the go, plus add photos directly from your phone to your listing! Not only is Paragon Connect an app, but it's accessible from any device: phones, tablets, and computers!
Paragon App for Consumers
Paragon offers an app for consumers called Collaboration Center. Buyers and sellers can download the app from the Apple App Store and Google Play store and use a code (shared by their agent) to access their Buyer Activity and Seller Activity in their unique Collaboration Center! The app includes notifications about changes, easy ways to communicate directly with their agent, the ability to run their own searches and created saved searches, favorite listings, compare listings, and so much more! Empower your customers and clients today with the Collab Center app! Share their unique codes to get them set up with the app designed just for them and let the Collaboration Center elevate their real estate experience.
Training and Resources
PrimeMLS sets you up for success with FREE training for all PrimeMLS customers! Training is offered every month on the Paragon software - how to add listings, run and customize searches, work with results, set up contacts with the Collab Center and so much more! Register for all opportunities, many of which include CE credit for NH/VT licensees, on the training calendar. Plus, explore the Helpdesk - the site you're on right now! It's packed with instructional guides, tutorials, and recorded webinars. And we have a YouTube Channel with many videos - those videos can be found on the Helpdesk, too, but in case you prefer YouTube, visit the channel here.
Two Public Facing Websites
PrimeMLS has 2 public facing websites: PrimeMLS.com and Commercial.PrimeMLS.com. When a listing is added into the MLS Database (Paragon), it is automatically included on the applicable public website, which receives hundreds of thousands of clicks per month. All Classes (except Commercial) will display on PrimeMLS.com while the Commercial Sale and Commercial Lease inventory will display on Commercial.PrimeMLS.com.
In addition to a public site for consumers to search for and find properties, they can also find an agent, appraiser or service provider (affiliate customer). Included on every listing is a "Contact the List Agent" contact box, which means FREE leads can be generated for you from the PrimeMLS public websites! Lead information goes directly to your inbox for you to then contact that new potential customer/client. Access the customer side of PrimeMLS.com and Commercial.PrimeMLS.com from the PrimeMLS Dashboard to review statistics and analytics on how many times your listing has been searched for and viewed on the applicable site. Added exposure, free leads, and statistics all included with PrimeMLS!
RentSpree
Make leasing easy with RentSpree! Easily get comprehensive tenant information you need to make a decision. RentSpree includes tenant screening, rental applications, reference checks, document uploads, e-sign documents and more! It's FREE for agents and charges $49.99 to the consumer completing the application. Enable the dedicated field in listing maintenance when adding a rental by selecting "Yes" in the "RentSpree Online Application" field. This adds an easy button to your listing in Paragon and in the Collab Center for easy access for consumers.
CRS
CRS is integrated into Paragon providing public record details for NH, VT, MA, and ME. In Listing Maintenance, you'll find the option to use the CRS Tax Auto-Fill. Upon finding your listing, CRS will auto-populate the complete address and several other fields (most of which are required), plus solar power details where applicable*! Additionally, it syncs your listing with CRS making it easily available for search within the CRS tax suite database.
CRS can be accessed from the Action Icons on listings in Paragon, via the Tax menu in Paragon, from the PrimeMLS Dashboard, and from the map in Paragon. With CRS, you can create up to 5000 mailing labels per month to reach new customers and clients, export data, run a quick CMA, and more! CRS includes help guides and videos, plus training is offered by PrimeMLS!

ShowingTime
Discover how you can use this showing appointment tool to save time, generate more showings, and sell your listings more efficiently! ShowingTime for the MLS is included with your PrimeMLS fees*! ShowingTime for the MLS is the agent-to-agent online scheduling/feedback management tool offered only at the MLS level. Features include managing your own appointments and listings, automated feedback, a mobile app, buyer tour builder, in-depth reporting, and more! When adding listings, you'll find ShowingTime selected by default in the "Showing Service" field of listing maintenance.

RealReports
RealReports are AI-powered property reports combining comprehensive data from over 30 top providers for every property in the United States. Each Premium report* comes with Aiden, an AI copilot capable of analyzing tens of thousands of data points and complex documents to answer any question about a property.
Standard (Snapshot) RealReports are included with PrimeMLS membership and includes air quality, climate risk, crime, demographics, elevation, environmental ratings, flood details/insurance, hazardous facilities and historical disasters, internet speeds, nearby schools, neighborhood scores, radon levels, utilities, up to 3 valuations, and weather!

Property Panorama
This is a free virtual tour service integrated into Paragon! If your office has opted in to use this service, on each listing, you can select for the listing to include a free virtual tour. The unbranded virtual tour is auto-populated as long as you've uploaded at least 3 photos to your listing; once the listing is saved, it takes approximately 1 hour to generate the tour.
Plus, you have a Property Panorama account accessible via the PrimeMLS Dashboard! There you can add more photos to the tour, add music, and created a branded version. Plus, with their other products, Boost, InstaView, and Agent Profile, you have automated digital marketing and advertising available at your fingertips!
Lundy
