It's free and simple for agents to use. Applicants pay a $49.99 screening fee to apply and the results are returned to the agent. If you haven't signed up for RentSpree, you can do so here.
When agents set the "RentSpree Online Application" field to "Yes" in listing maintenance, a link will be available on report views once the listing is published, and the easy access link will be available on applicable listings in the Collab Center and PrimeMLS.com, too!
