In the Office Profile, PrimeMLS office heads have the ability to set certain permissions for data distribution. Office Heads will select Yes or No to allow or not allow each functionality.

| Permit Disclosure of Buyer Name | Selection of Yes = the name of the buyer may be displayed in MLS software. Selection of No = the name of the buyer will not display in MLS software. |
| Permit Disclosure of Sale Concessions | When closing a listing, the listing agent may disclose the existence of seller concessions as well as the details and value of those concessions. |
| Property Panorama | Selection of Yes = agents will be able to add free virtual tours through Property Panorama to their listings; Selection of No = agents will not be able to add free virtual tours through Property Panorama to their listings; |
| Realtor.com | Owned by News Corp., operated by Move Inc.) Selection of Yes = agents will have the option to send their listings to Realtor.com for display and use as they determine. Selection of No = agents will not have the ability to send their listings to Realtor.com. |
| RPR | Realtor Property Resource - owned by NAR and accessible only by REALTORS®. Selection of Yes = agents will have the option to send their listings to RPR for display and use as they determine. Selection of No = agents will not have the ability to send their listings to RPR. |
| CoStart/Apartments.com | Selection of Yes = agents will have the option to send their listings to Apartments.com for display and use as they determine. Selection of No = agents will not have the ability to send their listings to Apartments.com. Available only in the Rental property class. |
