Closing a Listing with a non-PrimeMLS Member Selling Agent

If the Selling Agent on a property you listed is not a member of PrimeMLS, follow these instructions when you are ready to close the listing.

Step 1: Find the listing

Open the Listings menu and choose "Listings."
Find the listing you wish to clone by filtering by status or class or searching by MLS number or address.
When you've found the listing, click the MLS number to enter the listing maintenance page.

Step 2: Enter Selling Agent

Update the status to "Closed."
In the Selling Agent field, type "primemls."
As you type, a selection of "a non PrimeMLS member - a Non PrimeMLS Agency" will display. Select that option.

Step 3: Complete Update

The Selling Office will auto-populate upon selection of the Selling Agent.
Enter the rest of the required closing information.
Click "Save" and choose "Save Listing."
