Customization Tips and Tricks
- If you customize an Agent report that has a matching Customer report (i.e *Agent Full and *Customer Full), remember to customize the customer version so both reports continue to match.
- You can customize a report on any listing - it does not have to be your own. Remember, you are not customizing the listing; you are simply customizing the information you see about the listing on this particular view.
- Note the size of the section. You cannot make this larger or smaller. The system will allow you to add as many fields as you want; however, it will only display what can actually fit. "Preview" will help you ensure that all fields you add are viewable.
- On the Selected Fields side, note the checkboxes for "No Label" "Short Lbl" and "Short Val."
- No Label: this will take away the field name and only display the data. A use case for this is fields like Price and Status. Generally there's no need to show "Status - Active." Choosing "No Label" means the status field will display simply "Active."
- Short Label: if the field name has an abbreviation, checking the short label will change the field name to display as the abbreviation. Look to the "Code" column to review the abbreviation for each field.
- Short Value: this abbreviates the data and generally only works with system fields such as Status and Property Type. Instead of showing as "Active Under Contract," selecting the short label would show the status as "AUC."
- If a report is multiple pages, in the top, left corner of the editor, you can adjust the page to make edits to that particular page.
- Also in the top, left corner of the editor is the class drop-down menu. Here you can change the class to customize the same report view across different classes.
